01 MAPPING THE MARKET

It began with market research into the real pain points of global traders, then the entire product mapped as one architecture: portfolio, wallet, trade logic, escrow, and the external integrations that make cross-border commerce work.

Black and white layouts outlined the essential features as a testable blueprint. Currency exchange, payments, and balances were exercised at this fidelity, early and often, before any visual design.
