01 ARCHITECTURE FIRST

Before a single screen, we mapped the whole product as one information architecture: every fund flow, QR payment, and security step in a single tree. Navigation decisions were made here, on the map, where changing them costs nothing.

02 WIREFRAMES

Monochrome wireframes locked the structure of every screen: balances, invoices, payment methods. We tested the flows at this fidelity, so by the time color arrived the product already worked.

03 THE INTERFACE

A dark, confident UI with a single green action color. Money movements read instantly, the action is always obvious, and extensive user feedback shaped every iteration until the wallet felt as safe as it is.
