Privacy
We collect as little as we can, and we tell you exactly what that is.
01Who we are
CreatixBox LLC is a product design studio. This policy covers creatixbox.com and the tools we connect to our own studio accounts. Questions go to contact@creatixbox.com.
02What this site collects
We run Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, it sets first party analytics cookies so it can tell one visit from another. Inside those regions every consent signal stays denied: no analytics cookie is set, and Google receives only anonymous, cookieless pings.
Advertising features are off everywhere, and we never sell or share this data. You can turn analytics off anytime from Cookie settings below, by blocking cookies in your browser, or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address the way any web request does.
03Cookies and your choice
Where analytics run, Google Analytics sets two first party cookies: _ga tells one browser from another, and _ga_ followed by our property ID keeps one visit together. Both last up to two years and carry nothing you typed.
Two entries stay in your browser's local storage and never leave your device: cbx-consent remembers your cookie choice, and bx-scene remembers the background world you pick.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland the cookie banner asks first, and analytics stay off unless you accept. Everywhere else they are on, and you can switch them off here at any time.
Videos play inside the site through youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play.
04Ichibox
Ichibox at ichibox.com is our private review workspace, open to CreatixBox accounts only. Its public sign in page runs Google Analytics under the same rules as this site, except that it sets no cookies at all in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The address it reports never includes anything after the page path.
Inside the workspace nothing is tracked. Signing in uses Google, and we keep only what the workspace needs to show you your own projects.
05Email
If you write to us, we keep your message and address only to reply and to continue the conversation. We never add you to a mailing list without asking.
06Pinterest and other connected services
Our Pinterest app connects only to the CreatixBox Pinterest account. We use it to publish our own work, organize our boards, and read our own account analytics. When we search public Pins for design references, we view them the way anyone browsing Pinterest would, and we do not collect or store personal data about other Pinterest users.
Access tokens for connected services are kept in secure, encrypted storage on studio devices and are never shared.
07Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named here, who process it only to run their service for us.
08Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to contact@creatixbox.com. We reply within 30 days.
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
