Sass is a great way to speed up front-end development in general, I use it in every one of my projects. Sass (as with all other preprocessors) allows for nested styles, functions and prewritten code in what are called mixins. Foundation has a few different versions, currently we've covered the most common HTML/CSS variants, but now let's talk about a version built on Sass.

It’s time to stop thinking about the Internet and online communication in the context of a device, be it desktop, tablet or mobile. Advances by Google and Apple have heightened consumer expectations, which now require stricter focus from us to create seamless online communications — communications that work everywhere and that get their point across. We need to embrace a device-agnostic approach to communicating with connected consumers and forget the idea of a “mobile Internet”. There is only One Web to experience.
Assuming that you design your Mobile app in 2x, I know it’s tempting to use automatic tools such as Slicy to create your 1x assets. But it’ll be far from perfect, since you’ll end up with half-pixels and that means blurry outlines. You don’t want blurry pixels.

In just one day, Kim Dotcom's new Mega service has reportedly garnered over one million users. The impressive tally was revealed by Dotcom himself during a lavish launch party for the cloud storage platform in New Zealand. No doubt pleased with this early momentum, Dotcom said bluntly, "we cannot be stopped." Further, he emphasized that Mega was built from the ground up after MegaUpload was felled by the US Justice Department, which deemed Dotcom's previous project to be an "international organized criminal enterprise" that permitted piracy on a grand scale. The two web services thus share little to no code in common. "We have scrutinized every pixel to ensure it’s built from the ground up to adhere to the law," Dotcom insists.
